Bought this a year ago from some guy in Germany for $175 plus shipping to me. Not sure of brand, but it seems very well made, not at all like the cheap China crap. I am redoing the bike with a different look...and no carbon.

I would like to see $125 shipped and insured to the lower 48 for this item.

Andrew, hate to tell you, but that looks exactly like my "cheap China crap" carbon fiber left scoop. Not implying that it's crap, in fact, my whole bike is decked out with EastCarbon parts out of China. Great quality, light, strong parts, wouldn't hesitate for a minute to compare their stuff with anything out there. If anyone doubts the quality of their parts, I'd be more than happy to meet locally and compare......I've seen some really nasty faded out yellow looking stuff done domestic.....oh, crap, forgot to say good luck with your sale. Nice looking part for the money for someone lookiing....

"Screw china! Nice part bump!" haha, thanks :-p

"hate to tell you..."
No worries, maybe you found a good China manufacturer, or maybe you got lucky? This board is full of buyers who bought their stuff and it didn't fit and the quality was crap. For me, it's all about the weave. My piece is gorgeous to look at! Hard to see by this small eBay pic, but look at the weave on this China part, it's just not straight and lacks the precision and craftsmanship of the part I am selling. The following picture is of a part from China (listed in eBay), compare it to the ones above of my part:

I dug up an old email conversation that I had with Al at American Sport Bike, and he suggested it was an Ilmberger part. looking at their site, I would agree with his assessment. It would also make sense because I bought it from a guy in Germany. Their stuff is top notch, and NOT cheap! An once again, I am offering this at the same price as the China made parts!
