-New never installed ZTL2 (8-piston) caliper. Red version. Stuffed with brand new pads. Bought it a while back to upgrade my stock 2003 XB's brakes. Later found a black version instead and ended up installing that one. -Used master cylinder from an 08 1125R (larger version for use with the ZTL2 system.) I have not tested this unit, picked it up off ebay and never installed as the black caliper I bought came with one. Asking ..... $250 + $10 shipping for ZTL2 caliper $40 + $5 shipping for master cylinder. If you have ever ordered an LED tail light from www.xblights.com you will get free shipping! Sorry about the crappy pics, used phone...
Thanks and email me at xblights@yahoo.com with any questions. -Robert www.xblights.com |

Guess I should have put my XBLights order in sooner, huh!?! That looks like a great price, Robert. What else is missing for the conversion? Does it need a new brake line too? So tempted, just wonder if th red will look funny with my Trans Red wheels... Hmmmmmmmmm..... --S |

Brake line is all one would need. American Sport Bike would be your best bet for that. Yea, I just didn't think the red would go good on my black, silver and blue XB9S. I guess, let me say this.... FREE SHIPPING for anyone who has or anyone who will purchase XB Lights by the time they agree to purchase any of the above. Thanks! -Robert |

I have an new, unused front brake line for this conversion on a XB12Ss (old XB12STT forks) if whomever buys this setup is interested. The website said the part number would work on the XB12XT and the XB12Ss, while the accessory catalog specified a different number for the XB12XT. I bought both just to be sure and the one the website listed was not long enough for my XB12XT with CityX bars. PM me if interested, 1313 |

As far as I know, there has only been one version of the ZTL2 system. This is however a factory red color so i think it was made for an 1125CR which are 09 and up. I'll pass on your offer $250 shipped for both. Thanks. |

The price you have is very fair. I just wish red would look right on my bike. I think I am going to hold out for a black one. --Sean |

Yep, looks real nice. But I still think it will clash with my Kick Ash ad Trans Red. --Sean |

the "second generation" of the ZTL2 is on the '10 bikes...and has a polished / "flycut" finish on the raised logo to make it stand out. That's all for changes. |

I think I remember seeing something about Buell taking these off the market when they first came out??? Maybe they just didn't have enough to put on the new bikes? (this is the same brake on the 1125r or am I an idiot?) |

I never heard anything like that. I do recall something like they disappeared off Buell.com for a while, but they were still available. |

I was wondering how expensive would HH pads be compared to the standard 6 piston caliper. |
