Sorry for the thread jack, but I was hoping to get a set of these too. Do you guys know if whether you need the 04+ belt/pulley set up for these guards to work? I've still got the 03 set-up, and was wondering if the 04+ belt guards will fit. Any experience? | ||

these guards will fit with the 03 set up, but because of the larger rear pulley on 04+ you might have a little gap between belt and guard. but it should work. | ||

the 03 guards fit not the +04 kit. front OR rear due to the larger sprocket and pulley sizes. the +04 front guard will fit the 03. the +04 top belt guard will fit the 03. but i think the +04 bottom belt guard would need to be cut a bit. i recently upgraded the belt kit, so i don't know about the gaps and don't think i can take pics of what you want. sorry | ||

03worc9r - Thanks, got them. Coops - straight bolt in, but the gap is very noticeable. I'm doing the belt upgrade so they should fit with the larger pulley.  | ||
