The cover will not only fit a ULY but it will also fit any of the XB bikes and I would surmise, because of the stretchy nature of the material, it will fit any Buell bike. I never used this cover other then to make sure it fit when it arrived. The details of the original order are as follows: Model: Geza Gear Elite series. Color: Silver Stuff Bag included. Mirror Covers included. Warranty: The Elite series cover has a 60 month warranty of which 57 months is still remaining.} I paid $259.00 for this cover and will let it go for $100.00 freight prepaid.
