Forcewinder intake off my 2000 M2. Chrome has been scotchbrited to a matte silver finish. Bowl vent ground out as per instructions from NRHS. Comes w/ black rain sock & mounting bolts.

$150 shipped in lower 48.

Tyler, please contact me at 609-947-4496 concerning the two items I paid via paypal on June 30th & have not received yet. I would like to know the courier & tracking #. Sent you an e-mail yesterday and 3rd one today, but you have not responded. You e-mailed me on July 10th that you had mailed it out on Thursday July 9th. Did it go out? Can you track it for me? Hate to use this forum for this, but you said you were going to give me the tracking info on July 10th. I have not heard from you since.

I have about the same timeline with him as you do, and he has not answered any emails. I too wish to give him the benefit of the doubt, but what gets me is that he lied to us and said that he shipped them! Here is the only email I have received since paying:

"Sorry this took so long to get sent out. I got it dropped off tonight (Thursday) after work, so it should be headed your way already, or first thing in the morning. Was planning to get it sent when we got back into town after the 4th, but a 2-day bout with food poisoning slowed things down."

I filed a dispute with PayPal, then immediately escalated it to a claim. (a dispute is merely a forum for a buyer and seller to communicate. We have tried email for that, no sense in waiting around for something that won't happen)

Andy, the wording of your e-mail exactly matches the one I received on July 10th stating he shipped the items out on Thursday, July 9th. Even with snail mail, we should have received our items. I too escalated my paypal dispute to a claim. If we have been duped I hope the moderators of this web site monitor this situation, maybe provide info we can not get.

Items were shipped this last week. My fault. Again, I apologize to Andy & Rich for the delay. They have received tracking numbers for their items. Personally, when using PayPal, which includes tools to ensure payment or a refund, I see no value in taking such a claim public, but had I gotten the items out sooner there would be no reason to dispute the course of action on their end, so it's not worth the debate I guess. Sorry again, guys. Enjoy your parts.

Thanks Tyler. It wasn't about taking a dispute public, it was about seeking the community's assistance and, if we had been taken, preventing others from loosing money as well.

Thanks for the email update with tracking number, shipping the parts when you said you did or giving a quick explanation as to why you did not would have prevented this all.

Thanks for the update. The problem was you were not answering e-mails nor phone calls. I even made my cell phone # public for you to reach out to me. Just a quick note to say you were delayed. You stated the parts went out on July 9th, when in fact they went out on July 16th per the tracking info you provided (16 days after receiving payment!). I'm glad you got things together. Communication is the key. Vacations, illness, other problems, we would understand...I'll make a retraction on paypal once received.
