This is a signature series model #739 of 1399. I am the original owner and have never abused or raced this bike. Have always considered it to be a future collectable so have done only a single mod. This was to change to a V&H muffler but will include the original with the sale. Have owners and maintenance manuals. The sale also includes a frame I made to showcase the signature series paperwork and signed cover along with an additional original cover. This S2 has the touring bars, custom painted hard saddle bags (original Buell logo), and soft fairing and tank bags all included. Visit my Craigslist add to see pictures http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/1217681747.html Call or email if you have additional questions or would like me to email pictures. Phone 740-497-8095 |

No interest in this at all? Is my price just to high or does nobody like this model except me? |

Price seems fair to me, especially for an unmolested bike. I like it, but got my heart set on a 99 X1 blue race stripe |

please don't be impatient when selling your bike. the right person has to see it, want it, and have bucks. you aren't selling a current mainstream machine.....it may take time |

I thought the logos were the best part. |

It's a nice S2-T with well above average documentation. I'm a plain sort of guy and would not have put the logos on but they are nicely done and an accurate (most are not) reproduction of the original logo. I've never met an S2 I didn't love.

Love the bike, love the color...according to my wife, one S2 in the garage is enough I'll definitely pass the word, though. Got a couple XB customers who have started "tuber lust" looking at my bikes when I ride them to work. Now...if the bike sells and the stock muffler doesn't go with it, I'd definitely be interested. I like to have all the stock stuff for my bikes when possible, and mine came with a Supertrapp (since replaced with a Buell race muffler), but no stocker. one S2 in the garage is enough I am pretty sure she meant "one S2 for for YOU is enough" That is one great looking bike. Like a lot of people here, if I lived closer this thread would not be here anymore. My compliments on preserving this fine machine. You price of 4,500 is low, in my opinion, by about a grand. Frank |

I was going through the garage and forgot that I had also purchased a Buell Pegasus timing belt cover and polished belt pully cover that I will include with the sale. |

As a comparison point, buying a project for $1500 and spending about another $4000 will get you a blue bike, but it won't be original, and won't have paperwork, or cover, or bags..... |

Well my craigslist posting expired so I have re-listed it. Here is the new link since I can't seem to upload pictures to this site. I have also reduced the price to $4300 on craigslist but will sell to someone on here for $4000. Otherwise make me an offer. http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/1319308612.html |

Kitert, I keep looking at that bike and you did a great job taking care of her. If I did not have three S2s already I would consider it. You would not happen to want a 2009 Uly with 10,000 miles on it? Good luck with the sale. I hope you get to keep her. |

F_skinner, Thanks for the offer but no I need to just get rid of the temptation to ride until the kids are a little older. |

The old trick of going down to $3995 has real merit when it comes to sales appeal. |

Okay per Blake's suggestion it is now $3995 for BadWeb members until Sept 11. |
