I just did a swap on my M2 to a X1 USD. No leaks in seals, but they need to be replaced. The seals are cracked from sun exposure I assume. But again, no leaks. Not bent. I just swapped them out. Indcludes Triple trees, stem bolt, and fork brace/black fender. Will include brackets for flyscreen and headlight. Would like to get $150 + shipping. Let me know if that is out of line and I can see if I have some wiggle room. Want to keep it off ebay. I will give it a few days and see if there is any interest. I am located at 32541 for shipping cost purposes. Will go in one box a little bigger than the forks broken down. I am on the road for a couple days. Pics will be up Sat or Sunday.
