(From the site the muffler and header is, is where I got my race header new). I am seeing the race muffler on one site brand new and in stock for $420. On the same site, the 99-02 BUELL X1/S3/S3T BUELL PRO SERIES RACE ECM / ECU is $250. Well, the Race Air Cleaner regularly goes for about $140 on eBay when advertised properly and with all components. So, $460 + $420 + $250 + $140 = $1270 But, the market is low right now. I picked another race header and muffler for $215 a month or two ago on ebay. Yes, from my understanding it does. I have seen Buell kits on ebay.
