S1s are holding their value because they are becoming rarer... not a whole lot made, and a lot got chopped in the t.v. chopper craze daze. They are classic kickass bikes, a lot of people appreciate that. The xb bikes were made in larger numbers and now as they get older they are going down in price on the used market. The older tubers often cost a lot of money new, some long-term owners have a lot of money into their bikes. Yes a lot of us are most unreasonably in love with our bikes, lol. The best bang for your buck would be an XB9. Some of us are looking for more than a quick bang tho, lol. |

SOme of us LOVE our S1.... but with 4 or 5 bikes... its just hard to keep them all riding.... That is the reason for me selling my S1... I DONT have to... but as long as it goes to a BUELLER that WONT chop it... I am ok with it... so that it can be ENJOYED. Matt |
