I have a Carbon Fiber undertail section for sale. Accidentally bought for my Firebolt, obviously not the same tail section. Asking $40. |

I can send you a couple pics, it replaces the under-tail section from the simple black plastic to a carbon fiber that allows you to put your current brake light back in and then get two new turn signals that mount directly to this undertail piece. It looks a lot sleeker. |

Objection, I think that was kinda wrong. Dynamicpress did say he was interested first. Paypal can easily be refunded. |

He said he was interested, but not that he wanted to buy it. I'm interested in a Porsche 911 GT2 but I'm not gonna buy it. Northernyankee was the first to actually say he was wanted to buy it. |

As far as how things seem to be going on here, out of common courtesy, saying you are interested gives you first dibs on an item. I dont care what you sell or who you sell it to, having an attitude like that will determine very quickly how much respect you get from fellow Badwebbers. |

Well how bout this if Northernyankee wants to give the tail piece up to Dynamicpress thats fine I'll refund the payment and what not. I'll put this stuff on his shoulders. Thanks for the heads up too, I'll remember to go to ebay next time, there seems to be less whining and crying about sales, and I don't have to sit on my hands and wait for people who had "first dibs" to get back to me when they feel like it. I want to get this out of my apartment by this weekend not next. Seriously it helps me out a lot. |

I don't think you are in proportion $40 versus $181,700 for 2002. Interested shows an intent to buy, Rather than I want it , but don't really know for certain, Even He wanted to see a picture. I don't like to say something and then change my mind if it's not what I expected. I'am Old School - Keep your word. No Grasscutting "Quote" He said he was interested, but not that he wanted to buy it. I'm interested in a Porsche 911 GT2 but I'm not gonna buy it. Northernyankee was the first to actually say he was wanted to buy it. |

First off, wth is grasscutting? Second, you said you were interested before you even knew exactly what it was, that means you're either very careless with your money or you were selfishly putting "first dibs" (phrase thankfully taken from your boy 03worc9r) on something you may end up liking or wanting. Third, there is absolutely no intent to buy when you just say you're interested, especially when you don't know what exactly it is, like I said before. Intent to buy is when you say you would like to buy it, what's shipping? But in the interest of "fairness" (according the BadWeb) I'll refund Northernyankee (who in turn will probably start crying, more rightfully so I believe too), and sell it to Dynamicpress. I originally thought refunding cost money to buyer or seller, but if its within 60 days it doesn't. This has been fun e-fighting with everyone, seriously... |

"I have a Carbon Fiber undertail section for sale. Accidentally bought for my Firebolt, obviously not the same tail section." With a description like this anyone would be interested and wanting pics. The reason people say they are "interested" If it does not fit. then the next guy in line gets the shot at the item. Yes go to ebay. then we will not have to remember to buy from you. |

The reason I bought the thing in the first place was that the item description was completely incorrect, thats why I made sure people knew this is for a Lightning, not a Firebolt, unlike who I bought it from. I also figured by coming here to fellow Buell riders, they'd be easier to work with and a pleasure to do business with. I did not realize that the maturity level was that of a grade school classroom, had I known that I would have stuck to ebay. The maturity level comment is proven by the number of unaffected people that have inserted their comments for no other reason than to stir the pot. Please, for the sake of all Buell riders, grow up... |
