I haven't seen the bike but judging by the current trend I bet it's around 4 grand. S1s are in demand right now. If I were looking for an S1 I'd wait and get the right S1W. They consistently sell for about the same as "the current going rate" for a standard S1... and there's so much more bike with the W.
