I bought this intake a while ago, and its been on my bike for about a month or so. I want to go back to my hbbi, so i dont really need this anymore. Im not sure on the brand, someone said it was a bartels, but im not 100% on that. It looks great on the bike though. It has a minor scuff on the bottom of it, but its not noticable when on the bike. It will fit carbed tubers. It comes with all pictured, the k&n filter was very used when i bought it so it might need a new one. Looking to get 140 shipped for it. Thanks

I do. but money is the issue atm. give me a few weeks to pay up on some debts, and we most likely have a deal! Throw in a new filter and we def. would have a deal (Message edited by brinnutz on December 25, 2008) |

You said it would fit carbed tubers. Does that mean it will not fit the fuel injected ones? More specifically, a 2000 x1. |

Matrim, i dont know how the bolt pattern is on a fi tuber, and i dont think this has provisions for the iat. So i dont really know if it will work on a fi tuber or not. |

It does look like there is supposed to be an oval insert on the fiber cover. Was there ever? |

No, its not designed for that, that part indents inside the filter. |

Spiderman if you have one outer cover you should make a mold from it to make your own any time its needed. thats what I do with my parts after busting my x1 tank accent covers I just made a mold off them to make new ones when needed. |
