Author Message   Chasespeed Posted on Monday, December 15, 2008 - 06:32 pm:        99, Carbon Fiber X1, #249 of 250. I everything on this bike, besides the CrossRoads, and the swingarm polished. And if/when it sells, It will get a fresh polish. Also has CrossRoads rearsets. It has stainless braid/teflon inner oil lines, with AN fittings(aircraft materials), not cheap covers. Recent pads. New Barnett teflon clutch cable(braided, outter). One piece welded, and polished tailsection. With LED taillight(red stop and tail, and white plate). Pirellis are in good shape, a little worn on the sides.. but... its a Buell... 1250 kit, with 10.5:1 slugs. All gaskets have been replaced with either Cometic, or the better quality HD stuff, NO LEAKS except the trans seal, which quit at HHR4. I am in the process of pulling the transmission, and replacing that seal, inspecting and replacing the clutch plates if needed. Already has the updated the primary tensioner. Man, I dont really know what to say. This things IS mechanically flawless(well, once the trans is back together, it will be), and cosmetically, pretty damn sharp too. Not VISUALLY flawless. The primary cover has a scuff, that isnt easily noticed, etc. The bike hasnt had too many miles on it in the last year especially.. *No longer for sale* Click the pics for larger pics... Been in school since the beginning of Nov, and still havent received a dime from teh VA..... They are STILL processing. And, my Rodeo is quitting... Normally wouldnt be a big deal, but, Tiff is taking the youngest(and the car) BACK to Texas for work... and going form there.....
