Sleez it will work on a Uly, but you will have a kickstand clearance issue. My dealer installed it on mine, I forgot what the did to get it to work.

I don't know what metal they use. Might be stainless.

I had one on my Uly for awhile but I now have it on my Racebike.
The pipes are made of same metal all the other Buell stock pipes are made from. They just have a different coating on them.
