I have a new w/o tags Vanson ladies jacket for sale. I bought this for my wife when she first got her license. It's a great jacket but she didn't like the "sport bike" cut. I bought her a nice Harley jacket instead. This is a Vanson prototype jacket. As stated above, it is a new jacket. It's only been worn a few times to try on the fit. It's never been used for riding. Size is medium. Asking price: $250 obo It's the jacket on the left in both pictures. The color on the picture isn't the best. It's really just like the color of other Vanson Buell jackets you've seen in the past.   | ||

I was going to ask the same thing (well... almost) about sizing. Can you tell us your wife's approximate size and height/weight so that we'll have an idea of how it fits? I'd love to have it but I am scared it might be too small for me. I've owned lots of leathers before but, believe it or not, never a Vanson so I'm somewhat unsure of fit. My wife is 5'6" (she'd kill me if I put her weight, even if it isn't bad  ) She wears a size 8 dress. The sleeves were a good fit. The jacket may have been very slightly too short. But it's hard to determine with a sport riding cut jacket. The waist is adjustable with velcro straps. If you have any type of a sportbike jacket, this jacket should run within those sizes also. FYI...The same jacket (w/o the Buell logos) is $599 retail. It's on sale at Vanson.com for $479. (Message edited by lake_bueller on December 12, 2008) | ||

hmmm...... The only issue I have is I don't know if this is going to fit her that well. If not then it will be on here again but with me selling it.  Was it small/tight on your wife when zippered up? | ||

i dont know about everyone else but something about those jacket colors just dont mix with buells....but to each his own...good luck with sale I beg to differ...   It's almost nuts on perfect match to the Buell blue. | ||

Back to selling this jacket... Was it small/tight on your wife when zippered up? Not too tight. It was tad too short. The jacket has adjustable velcro straps for the waist. In all fairness, it's a close call on 5'2" and 100#. I know the small in this jacket is VERY small. Spidey won a small Vanson at homecoming a few years ago. | ||
