Yeah, the situation is garbage and right before the Holidays. If it were this time last year I would be asking closer to book value but with the economy being what it is I am not wasting my time. I'd rather get rid of it for a bit less than sit on it all winter long. Bummer, but that's how life goes sometimes. |
