Author Message   07bamafan Posted on Monday, October 27, 2008 - 12:09 pm:        For sale: This is a windscreen unit from a Buell Ulysses that my son retrofitted to mount on his Lightning CityX for touring and winter riding. Basically you just remove the existing Lightning front panel, and mount this Uly front panel which has the windscreen mounted to it. For added security we installed zip ties in the lower holes, and found the result to work fantastic at speeds up to 90mph. (Never tried it faster than that) We're selling it because he sold the bike. Asking $85.00 for the entire unit. It's used of course, with a couple of rub marks on the front panel, and one noticable scratch on the windshield, but the scratch is down low next to the front panel and it is not anywhere close to the line of site. The line of site is actually over the windscreen anyway. But I would say very good condition, overall. Please note pics.
