"low." -- $50. recently purchased. rode three times. standard xb seat. I think I want them... but I didn't know they needed springs. I know the drivers do, to stay down... but the passenger pegs I want to stay up most of the time. The spring forces the round ball into divits in the bracket, keeping it in the up or down position.
