I have just picked up some rearsets and no long need these. In fact, I bought them used, but I never got around to installing them. They are used, like I said. The only thing I've done, is polished them up a bit. American Sport Bike has them for $150, I'll let them go for $100 shipped. They are here: http://www.bankeperformance.com/buell/rearsets.htm l And are the 1998 Model. BUT!!!!! There is only a subtle difference for the 99 and up relocators. The only difference is the peg holes are countersunk, and you have to use a countersunk screw to get them to work. Banke email to me about the issue : Wilson, Your footpeg plate needs the countersink shown on just the right side plate. The bolt you need is a 5/16 x 18 x 1" flat head alloy (black) steel. Attached also are the installation instructions. And another email: Wilson, we can countersink the hole in your existing plate or any machine shop can do it in literally one minute. As far as the shifter goes, you can use the stock '98 shifter (shudder) by ordering a longer pushrod assy. from us or we can supply one of our shifter kits for your application. You can still use the passenger pegs with the footpeg relocator set-up. There ya go! |
