I'm moving on I'd like to feel this out at first , at present I'll provide a description of what's going up for sale , followed by an actual inventory , described in detail, with pics. Two Motorcycles , both of them purchased new , by me . The first 1996 S1 Lightning, all updates , product improvement campaigns & recalls , Professionally built engine ( fresh , winter of 2007/2008 )all bearings throughout , S&S lightened / knife edged & balanced crank , ported & polished Thunderstorm heads , forged pistons , .536" cams , Buell Pro series race exhaust , pro series springs , Bandit billet transmission door , Zippers windage tray , and much more , all lovingly cared for since new , Carbon fibre body panels ( 8 pcs ) , Molten orange Manta ray fuel tank ( large ) , full set of original high votage yellow body panels , and so on ............... The second 1996 S2T Quicksilver metalic ,All updates/product improvement campaigns & recalls done , Professionally built engine w/ low milage , Lightning crank , forged pistons , ported & polished Thunderstorm heads, .536" cams , Buell Pro series exhaust system , Zippers windage tray , Race tech Gold valve fork kit , S3 Saddlebag conversion , and so on.............. Both these machines have nearly new Dunlop D220 tires , fully documented maintenance history from new , owned and meticulously maintained by a seasoned factory trained Buell / Harley Davidson Technician. Parts , ........ Um ...... where do I begin An extensive inventory of new , used , new old stock parts , I mean , there's LOTS of parts here , as mentioned I will be inventorying all of this and providing a detailed list w/ pics ( this is a big job ! ) There are several S2 body parts , new and used , spare shocks , swing arm , an extensive selection of new / still in package small parts , brackets , exhaust systems , suspension parts , WP fork parts (bushings ,seals, clips etc ) ,many boxes I've not looked in for years containing a plethora of various new and used items , fasteners , tail lights , turn signals , seats , all manner of widgets and gadgets to do with repairing , building and servicing a tube frame Buell , luggage parts , locks , linkages , Decals & so on( I wish I had help to inventory this stuff ! )The list will be long. Not an April fools joke This is for real / not a fairytail I'm going to need a week or so to start going through the parts so this is merely an advance notice of what is about to happen and to feel out the possibility of selling it all as a "lot" , potentially to be sold as a package , for one price , to a single buyer. i'm interested in a WP shock.... and WP fork parts. narrow saddlebag liners, turn signals, decals. really need the seat locking lever(guess that's what you call it?) Hey Hoser, Long time no hear from, like maybe SPLASH 99', 2000? Hope you're doing well. I'm in need of a front brake rotor for my 97' S3, still have the original, first pinned together then bolted together unit that has developed about 1/4" of slop (sorry, about 6mm of slop). If you happen to come across one in your search through the attic let me know. By the way, if you haven't met him, Hoser is an excellent person, very honest and an ace wrench.
