The xr engine is such a one off motor. You must feed them hundred dollar bills. that is their diet. Alot of fun....just like my S1. I raced a 1200 in a race chasis. It would smoke the xr 750 down the straights, just could not make it turn as well. 1200 engine is wider, longer and heavier than the xr. Picture of me on the xr
Picture of the buell 1200 racer.

That S1 is a beast. Brian had it at the dealership in Shreveport and I had stopped by for something. Scared me the first time I heard it run. Then it got the hot-rod lust all stirred up in me. Taking a spin on Scott's Buell tracker was a real thrill I'll never forget. Glad to hear you and the boys are still tearing up the track Scott. For those who may not know, Scott isn't just a racer, he's a championship winning racer. The man is a terror on the dirt track. I suppose when he gets a little older he might take it easy and try some road racing? |

Blake the S1 still sounds like a V8. Being a business owner and racing with the boys does not give me time to ride it much....but it does look good setting next to the sportster I won the championship on. As for racing on the asphalt....I built a supermotard toy......so I can do both at the same time(dirt-asphault) |

The KTM is a hot rod!! We have even put restrictors in it to slow it down. Working on making it handle as well as the Xr750's....but it is getting closer on every outing. |

who makes that intake? It looks like a more pleasing version of the stock air box. |

the intake was made by force too. It's a real carbon fiber cover for the air filter. They no longer make them. I have personally rode this bike and it is a monster!!!! |
