I'm going back to school and needing cash, so I have to get rid of the toy. 2008 XB12Ss with 7100 miles. I'm the second owner and I bought it with around 6000 miles. The only modifications I've done is paint all of the plastic with a gloss black and chop off the cheese grater. I've got a brand new rear license bracket to replace the chopped one. I've recently changed out the engine and tranny oil with synthetic. I have an extra three quarts of the SYN3 oil and a new filter. I also put on a new front rotor and brake pads. In the pictures, the passenger peg supports are off and the chin fairing is off. I took the peg mounts off for the turn signals and I had the chin fairing off to wrap the headers. I'll get some updated pictures soon. If anyone has any questions, or wants larger pictures, shoot me an email and I'll send them. Thanks. (Message edited by jackstraw75 on August 05, 2008) |

The picture with the dash has a reflection on the mileage but it's 7249. I also have the owners manual and the 2008 XB Service Manual. Any questions or any offers, just let me know. Thanks. |

It was laid over in my driveway on the right side. I've replaced the frame puck and there is a small scratch on the bottom part of the swingarm, you can see it in one of the pictures. That was the only damage. I have the passenger pegs and supports and it does have a clear title. The plastics are painted because the guy who owned it before me had "tried" painting the pieces but did a pretty awful job. So I took everything off, sanded them and used a good primer and single stage PPG paint. |

What about the rims, did you paint those as well? Seems to be a lower belt guard missing, do you have that? Has your asking price change yet? Thanks!!!!!!!! |

The rims are the stock black ones that came on the bike. I left the lower belt guard off, I think it looks better, but I do have it. I'm sticking with $6800 right now. |

Did the previous owner have any damage history? Was the frame dented under the puck on the right side when you crashed? Sorry for all of the questions. Better to ask now than find it out latter. |

There was no damage history. He didn't know how to take care of a bike, or clean it, but there wasn't any damage. The frame wasn't dented under the puck. The person who was on it when it fell did try catching it so the fall wasn't as bad as it could have been. He did throw out his back doing it though. Not a problem with the questions, if you think of anything else, please keep asking. I would do the same. |

Am I asking to much? I've got a new Shoei RF-1000 and a Joe Rocket jacket to sweeten the deal. Any offers? |

Here are the newest pics I have. Is this a bad time to be selling a bike right now or what?

How much time is left on the factory warranty? Is the title clear, and is it a salvage title? Husky |

The warranty is until november. I'll double check that. The title is clear, it is not a salvage title. |

Sent you a PM. Also do you still have the chopped cheese grater, and did you do it yourself? Thanks |
