Good news for Buell, bad news for me... Buells are selling well in New England, so I'm having a hard time finding a new '08 XB12S. Starting to look like I'm gonna hve to wait till the '09s come out. Anyone have a line on one in N.E.? Would certainly consider a slightly used '08. After doing some searching online, I found a dealer in PA that shows one in stock and only asking $9995 for it, but that's a wee bit too far, lol. Also, anyone ever bought a new bike from far away over the phone? Arranging everything so you only make one trip... | ||

I bought my 06 mustang gt over the phone and via email. I faxed everything possible and spent a whole hour at the dealer. I bought the car using xplan so there was no haggling. I'd have no reservations about buying a new bike sight unseen. I'm looking for a used xb9 or 12 and i'm starting to think i'll have to buy it sight unseen as well. There are dealers down here that can't get rid of the 07's. | ||

I bought my 04 XB12R from Meredith in 2003 over the phone. We figured out the trade in value of my S2, and I rode over (only 130 miles away), did the trade, and rode home. I was happy. They are an awesome dealership and I continue to refer everyone there. Unfortunately they don't have any 12s' in stock. |
