After thinking about this a lot I have decided to sell my 2007 XB12R. I am located near Colorado Springs CO in Fountain CO. It has around 7.5K miles and I use it everyday to get back and forth to work (40 miles a day). Except for Friday when I ride the S1W. It has the Buell and Firebolt stickers removed. I put sliders and frame pucks on her and have the tailbag and saddlebags as well. I replaced the rear tire about 1K miles ago and the front tire is the original tire. I have recorded all service done to the bike and have receipts. It has original exhaust, the engine has not been modified in anyway. The body has some scratches and I will take detailed pictures of that. It has never been down. I do not race or stunt and do not ride this bike to its full potential. Reason for sale is I am looking to get a Uly (X or XT). I do not have pictures but will take some this weekend. My profile has a pic of the bike. I am looking to get $7,500. These picture did not turn out well and I will post more if anyone is interested. Bike has 7669 miles on it and I have the passenger pegs, tail bag and saddle bags that will go with the bike. Oil is changed every 2500 miles using Amsoil Syn. I have had no problems what so ever with the bike so I am not an enthusiastic seller.       | ||

Good luck with Da Sale.... Price may be a Tad High, for a Quick sale... Seems to be a few out on the market these days here and there( with that amount of Mileage ).. But In your neck of the WooDs that may not be so... Nice Ride though... | ||

I am not concerned about a quick sale. I priced it right in the middle of what I have seen on Craigslist in this area. Most of the 2003 - 2006 seem to go for that price. The mileage is low since I have other bikes. I averages about 20K to 25K a year but this one I average only 5K I have only had it a year and a half. I am going to put the Buell cover for the airbox back on it I think. More pictures    | ||

I know this is a long shot but I would consider a Uly in trade. I imagine I would need to make up the difference but those details can be worked out. Frank | ||

frank, sorry to see you getting rid of the the r. but i do understand wanting the uly. got to test ride the xt (and 1125) the next day when they allowed people to demo the bikes at march badness and the rest is history. at least two weeks later anyhow. it's been a great bike for up in the hills. good luck frank and maybe you'll show back up for MBVI with an x or xt. | ||

Neil, it would not break my heart to keep her and just get a Uly as well. I found a basketcase S3 locally and went and looked at it yesterday. It has been wreaked and needs a total rebuild but if he takes my offer it will be coming home with me. | ||

hence the name, nevrenuf frank. i need to get another scg for the wife one day and i wouldn't mind haveing an r to take on the track and try that one day. the s3 with the same color scheme as the m2 would be great for me also. if only i won the lottery. | ||

Price reduced to 6,500 for BadWeb and I will put it on a local web site for 7K. It has over 8K miles at this time. Anyone have a Uly they want to trade? Frank | ||

I forgot to mention that I have the saddle bags and tail bag that I will include... I have a race exhaust and K&N Filter but never got around to getting the ECM so they are not installed. Frank | ||
