Why on earth would you spend all that money on aftermarket accessories and then only put 250 miles on the bike. That just does not make any sense at all to me! |

Because, Dan, I was anticipating being able to ride it someday. You see I'm disabled with a traumatic brain injury and in haste I bought this bike without first checking to see if this bike would be able to handle the modifications so I can again ride. But the darn thing is too light. It needs to be heavier than it is to be able to accomodate the sidecar. Check out www.lifemotorsinc.com I need to unload this bike for a fat boy at the very least. that bike also comes with a jaag oil cooler. interested? |

Michael... Adding a sidecar to a Buell has been done in the past. I think it was a company in Europe. How about converting it into a trike? I saw a few trikes with wheelchairs on Killboy in the past few weeks. It might be another option. Unfortunately, you'll never realize that price for your bike |

no offense but it not worth much more than about a third of the asking price. |

Not sure if these will work for the Buell but have you looked at these? http://www.safetyfeatures.com/ |

I also have a 2002 S3T that I bought new paying $8,750 out the door. Good luck getting $15,000 for yours. IMHO you will be lucky to get over $5,000, accessories just don't improve the value much. Check my profile for a photo of my bike. |

If you're looking for a sidecar-able bike, I have a 96 FLHP (police Road King) that is collecting dust in the garage because I love my Buells too much...PM if you're interested and I can send you the specifics, I've put a ton of work into the bike since buying it from the City PD about five years ago. |
