I'm looking to convert my M2 to XB heads,rocker box covers and pistons.

You should just have the heads cut for a 15* squish band and use the stock pistons if it's a '99 or newer M2. I believe NRHS charges $50/head to cut squish bands, same price as XB pistons from Zanotti HD online, but less work and better cylinder flow.
