Like the title says. Bought them, and decided to keep my tag bars. Brand new, $80 shipped. |

Got a pic? On or off the bike is fine. http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/miscpages/hand lebars.html By "extended" are they wider, or something else? Reading this: http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/buell/buellcli pons.html
quote:Buell Clip-On Handle Bars If you want to change the riding position of your handlebars for your Buell we have got what you need. Especially if you want to use on of our fairing. You see 54 mm clip ons are available every where. But if you use them on a S2-S3 or a white lightening Manta Ray tank the normal clip ons will smash into them. We've solved the problem! We extended the handlebar forward 2" to pull your fingers away from the tank. You gotta love em" Call us today!
Also, are the bars 7/8" or 1" diameter? The S2's use 1" bars and 54mm clipons, other Buell models with upsidedown forks using the 54mm clamp take a 7/8" bar. If not me then maybe the additional info will help someone else decide. I'm looking at options for the S2 since I've been dragging my heels (and knuckles) on making my own set from scratch. I would need a 1" bar. Here's a pic for a place holder from the Airtech site until you can get one posted Doesn't look like the handlebars are extended on this one. |

I'll get a pic tonight to help. They have an extension off the 54mm clamp setting the bars off about 1 inch from the clamp in the forward direction. They are also 7/8" bars. I didn't know s2's used 1". (Message edited by kpg2713 on May 15, 2008) |
