Pascarosa, just for kicks, what is the measurement between the two pivot tubes on the front of the swingarm? What year is this from?
I'd like to see if I can get it to work on my XL easier than the other swingarm I've got.
Do you have a better head-on or 3/4 picture of the front where the pivot points are?

Honestly man I wouldn't trust a tape measured measurement if you are trying to custom fab something. Its off an 04, but I believe they are all the same. I assume someone here or at a dealership could get you something more accuraqte that +/- 1/8th.

I know it won't be a straight bolt on anyway, just curious as to how close it might be. If it is close, I can grind it down or even cut the mounts off and weld them back on where I need.

Would you mind giving me a ballpark number? It doesn't have to be exact.
