It's in great shape with no dents. But it works extremely well on these bikes. The D&D is nothing more than a couple of glasspacks when your real come down to it. Plus it is stainless steel and won't rust like the factory race pipe or the D&D. Look at the results from the muffler shoot out on americansportbike.com. The Latus was one of the top performers. It made great all around power on my xb9.
