This is a new rear take off sprocket from a 2004 883 sportster. It is 68 teeth . I can precision bore the hub hole to your specifications to fit your rear wheel combo. This should fit perfect with the Ulysses 135 tooth belt. $75.00 bored and shipped to continental US. UPS ground

What kind of change in gearing would this acheive?

(Or how many teeth does the factory tuber pulley have?)

Most tubers have 27 front 61 rear. Your going 7 teeth difference. I think that may be too much without changing the front out too. When gearing, I go down one in front which theoretically adds three in the rear. Which gives quicker accel but also raises RPM at highway speed. This is just my rule of thumb and have been successful doing what I want. You may want something else. So 7 different would be 2 in front and then some. That may be a bit much, anyone else here with the experience to talk intelligently about it? Maybe Fireman jim can help, with his salt runs he has to be familiar with gear changes. Best wishes ya'll.

1] will wheel move significantly forward or back? The wheel would need to move forward. The distance would be equal to 3.5 cogs on the belt. You will need to measure your belt to get a good estimate.

[2] does front sprocket need to change? If you changed the front sprocket it would lessen the ratio change if you increased the tooth count, so you need to make the call.

Either way this is a very good price for a pulley machined to fit a Buell.
