ASKING: $5750.00 This bike has ~12,000 total miles, but only ~2,000 on the new motor. I had the oil pump drive gear shred away on me, which totally destroyed the engine at just over 10,000 miles. Fortunately BMC fully covered the costs and labor to completely rebuild it. And they were even nice enough to use the race version of the oil pump drive gear this time. Everything else on this bike is tip-top and has been meticulously maintained. The oil is fresh, as is the brake fluid. The tires (Diablo Corsas) only have about 500 miles on them. I originally bought this bike as an S, but converted it to an R at about 4,000 miles. I'll include all of the extra parts I have with the sale of the bike. It's been down once. I had a slow speed low-side at a track day. I was at full lean and the bike slid out from under me as I went over a wet patch. Fortunately I had proper protection (frame sliders, bar ends, and DarkHorseMoto's axle sliders). The only scar I didn't fix was the rash on the header. I've always worn it with pride. And it's nothing a little powder coat wouldn't fix. Here are a few of the mods. I'm sure I'm missing something though: - Buell Race exhaust - Buell Race computer - Powder coated headers - Buell Race oil pump drive gear - Carbon fiber front/rear fenders, r/l side air scoops, oil cooler scoop, headlight bezel covers - Ermax undertail - CRG brake/clutch levers - New drive belt The air box cover is signed in gold pen by Mr. Erik Buell himself. The only reason I'm selling this bike is due to lack of use. I only ride on the track these days. Street riding just isn't in the cards for me until my little girl gets a bit older. I'd like to sell it to a BadWebber, but will put it up on eBay before too long if it doesn't sell here. |

And I can trailer it (covered) to anywhere within a ~2 hour radius. Maybe further if you don't haggle. ;) |

I would be delighted if you bought it, Blake. Call me if you're seriously considering it. Maybe if you owned it, then I'd be able to see it in the BadWeb calendar. LOL |

If you still have all of the "S" parts, someone is going to get 2 bikes for one at a good price. |

The only part that's missing is the headlight assembly. I donated it to Cowtown (fellow BadWebber) for his cause. Oh, and I cannibalized the battery tray to make the rear brake oil reservoir bracket. Here's what she looked like as an S: (The bar-end mirrors nor the crossroads bars are around anymore either.) (Message edited by dago on November 15, 2007) |

I think I still have the headlight housing if the new owner needs it. I did use the headlight housing bracket on a project. |
