Landcaster H.D./Buell. The bike was basicly a warranty situation, kind of like a battery and how they prorate them, thats what happened here. My friend had a 05 XB12R that he had purchased new from Landcaster, it had been in for several warranty issues to the point that I had even asked COURT about what it would take to make the bike fall under the lemon law. My friend basicly told them that he wanted his money back or legal action would be next. They at that point counter offered with "give us 2500 bucks and your old bike and you can have a new one" that was bartered ten thousand times but an agreement was made. Christian just left w/ his new bike in the back of his truck with only 15 miles on it, he wants to cross to the dark side of rice so this bike is for sale un-used after it was sold. It comes w/ a complete factory warranty and a possible set of frame sliders that came from his old bike, he is asking 10,900 for this or best offer, thank you. | ||

Ladies, play nice...  98 - sorry to hear your friend is changing over to the Dark Side. Have them at least ride the '07 - they have a little more grunt than the 05/06 did for some reason...different EFI map, maybe? <shrug> Maybe after a good ride, the effects from their one bad bike won't seem so strong. If they do have to sell, I know someone will enjoy this bike. We've got one on the floor now at work and it's an awesome color combo! | ||
