Selling firearms on the internet is illegal. Please don't put BadWeB in the position of being confronted by the ATF. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. |

Where did you hear this, Blake? Ive LEGALLY sold multiple firearms on the internet more times than I care to mention. Might want to check out a few web sites such as falfiles.com, ar15.com and ak-47.net just to name a few. In fact there is a legality section on falfiles.com that Im sure with a little search function action could give you actual BATF regulation on this issue. |

There are auction sites dedicated to the sale of firearms. There is nothing illegal about it. It is something different if the administrator of a web site does not wish to have them sold on their site, how ever it is not illegal. |
