After much though and after test riding a Ulysses, I have decided to sell my '07 Firebolt and purchase a different type of bike for a long trip I'm planning in the summer. I need something that is capable of traveling well on back (dirt) roads, and able to haul a lot of gear. The bike has around 7K miles, but these are mostly highway miles. It has never been raced, and is completely stock with the exception of frame sliders and pucks. The 1K and 5K mile services were performed at Liberty Buell, as well as some of the oil changes - some were performed by me using only SYN3® Synthetic. I have all the records. I have the title (clean) and the bike is ready to be sold with the full warranty. I can take cash or a bank check only. If you need more pics please let me know, or contact me directly. Thanks. Good luck, My bike was for sale for almost 9 months and I only had 5 calls on it, but was never offered more than 4,000. I decided to keep it. Have you thought about just trading it in? You'll be taking a loss either way. | ||

I'll give it a chance here for this week, just like I did with my Drummer muffler, then it will go on E-bay. I sold the Drummer very well. I'm negotiable with the price, and the good thing is the person that buys this bike still gets the warranty and it's a '07 model! I'm not too concerned with how much I can get - the trade-in offered was the same as I'm asking here. Paul | ||

Hmmmm... I love my Uly but this thing is very nice... no.. I can't... can I? Trade? :-) I doubt I could go through with it but maybe you could catch me at a weak point. I have an 06 Uly with all three bags, race ecm and filter. Everything else is stock, oh and it is the faster black version. | ||

Tempting.... This past week I test rode a BMW GS, then this coming weekend I'm trying a Triumph Tiger... so many choices... dunno what to do...  I wish I could keep both though, but not allowed... sucks!  remember, its a 07 model with warranty...  offer is tempting... maybe I'm asking too much for my bike... maybe I should give it away... nobody wants it!? What gives?!  maybe I'll put it on ebay like my muffler... | ||

I bought mine as the '07's were rolling in, so mine still has a year and 3 or 4 months of warranty. Plus 1k in bags, 200 in ECM, Filter and about to put 150 in a new rear tire  | ||

Well, bike is on Ebay now... thought someone from this board would like an 07 model w/ warranty, but I guess I was wrong. Hopefully somebody will buy it... | ||

Wow, seems like nobody wants a Buell... I listed it on Ebay for $7K, and no one bid on it. Pretty amazing... guess I made a big mistake. I'll try again, but now I understand the problems with the Buell brand...  I should have listened to all my friends that told me I was crazy for wanting this bike. I thought $7K was very reasonable, isn't it? | ||

I think thats a great deal. Too bad I'm happy with my 9 or ..... See if local HD/Buell dealer will do a consignment. | ||
