Author Message   Tx05xb12s Posted on Saturday, March 31, 2007 - 01:12 am:        My brother has a 2005 Honda Shadow 600 with about 3,000 miles he'd like to sell. It's garage kept, stock and dealer serviced. The bike is a beautiful machine and great for cruising around on. I'd be glad to get some pics and details about the bike if anyone's interested... He's just not a motorcycle type of guy and is done with it I think. There isn't a scratch on it and in new condition. I rode it a few miles recently and can vouch for it being a nice bike. It's just not my thing (cruiser) or I'd buy it from him and park it next to my Buell. It shift silky smooth, the engine absolutely purrs, and the fit and finish is way better than my beloved Buell. I was thinking maybe $2995 would be more like it. I don't think he paid a dime over $5500 for it when it had zero miles on it. It's still sitting in his garage collecting dust. Oh well, guess he'll learn not to go out and buy stuff like that just to be like his big brother. At least he's not in way over his head on it since it's such an inexpensive bike. If anyone wants it for a more reasonable price than he originally told me, let me know. Maybe he's more willing to deal now.
