My 2004 black 12R with 14k is located in Norman, OK, just south of Oklahoma City. She's got a K&N, open airbox, race ECM, and a D&D muffler. The oil has been recently been changed. The rear tire is fairly new, on season of light riding, and the front is probably around 50%. The bike has a rebuilt title because it was laid down by the previous owner. There is some damage to the swingarm, the header, and the engine case around the Buell emblem. There was some slight scraps (no dents) on the frame, but they have been completely covered by frame pucks, and the dent in the header has been covered with headerwrap. The bike runs very well and I hate to see her go. I'm joining the marine corps and won't have the space for her for the first couple of years. I'm asking $4500 OBO. That price includes: stock ECM, stock muffler, TFI, and a full set of shifter fairings (retail at $1100). |

Not to sound like an a$$, but good luck with that price. I have a 2004 12S in perfect condition with a Jardine can, Race ECU, Race air filter, frame pucks, fork and swingarm sliders, brand new tires, and all original equipment in boxes with receipts. The bike only has 2800 miles on it and has never been dropped or wrecked. I had it for sale for over 6 months, and the highest offer I got was 5000. Buells are hard to sell, especially with salvaged titles and damage. I decided to keep it for at least one more season, because I just couldn't let it go for so little. Good luck with the sale though. Your area might be different |

Make sure to try Craigslist first, if you've not already (since it's free). Ebay would be a good outlet to try and sell it, possibly Cycletrader.com It's not that bad of a price if someone can live w/ a rebuilt titled bike. Good luck. (Message edited by t9r on April 05, 2007) |
