i'm about to put my new Select seat on eBay, figured i'd offer it up here first. the seat is basically brand new, been on the bike for a few rides, feels FANTASTIC, i'm selling because i think i'm going to pick up a 'euro-fighter' seat kit. no longer need the Select. nabbed it for $179.95 through Daves around July, looking to get $170 + shipping. PM me if interested. i have the orig box, bag and all. |

Typeone. I have the Euro-fighter tail section and seat. How tall are you?? Reason I ask is for short rides it cool but if your going to ride a distance at all the select seat will come in handy and a fast swap back and forth. |

who is Dave? hahaa. YOU, my friend, have not ordered from The Man yet j/k. Dave Stueve from Appleton Buell/HD one of our sponsors. he rules. i've bought pretty much everything through him, including this seat. the 'Eurofighter' seat kit can be had from Trojan or Hillbilly-Motors. its not just a seat but basically a 'pan' with some race-like foam. no so comfy-like, but cool as hell looking Bads1, hmm, thanks for the input. i'm 5'11" and DO like the added inch of height the Select gives you. i'm just looking for a different style to go with for the next round of mods. comfy as hell, but i love the look of the thinner seats. |

I'm slightly taller then you by a couple inches. You will loose an inch and a half seat height. Also the rear rocker box are right between your legs with the narrowish Euro tail. Mine is in getting custom painted as we speak. I for one will keep my other seat for longer spirited rides. |

more good info, thanks. i'm keeping my stocker, which i like a lot, just wish it was the same seat but about 1" taller. i like the stiffness for moving around but with my R pegs my legs do get cramped a bit. not an issue with the Select. so for now i'll ride with the stock seat and keep an open mind about an aftermarket setup like the eurofighter. they sell that 'deeluxe' seat pad too for it but its ugly as hell with the big XB crap on it. |

Bads1, post some pics when you get that Euro fighter seat installed. I am also interested in that setup. I would like to see it on a couple more bikes and get some feedback before I shell out the coin. |
