Please relay a message to Tim Nemeth. I sent him a check over 3 weeks ago for the motor and wheels. I even did it the same day as we agreed on the deal. I have since called him 3 times and left messages with no reply. I am starting to get a little nervous that maybe Tim doesnt want to complete his end of the transaction (i.e. give me the motor and wheels that I paid him for). Please remind him that a transaction that takes place between two parties that are not in the same state is called interstate commerce. And when fraud is committed it is a felony punishable with prison time and or a fine. This happened previously several yrs ago with a guy I bought a KT exhaust header for my S1. The local police in Cleveland were more than accommodating in helping me get my pipe in a timely manner. Thank you for passing my message along and if for some reason there are extenuating circumstances that prevent Tim from getting in touch with me, have someone contact me as soon as possible. Thanks guys. Its good to know there are still a few good people left in the world. The guy called on monday morn. He had so BS excuse and I caught him in a few lies when he was spewing excuses. No prob yet. But if the deal doesnt go down per the agreement, I will be contacting you nice fellas from Detroit to pay this guy a friendly visit. You would be well compensated for your time of course!! I'll keep you posted as to how it goes down. I live about 5 hrs from Detroit but was only an hour from there this past weekend.
