THIS MODEL HAS ZERO HOURS ON A FRESH REBUILD BY STORZ: NEW SEALS AND OIL. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, ONE OR TWO LITTLE SCRATCHES THAT CAN ONLY BE SEEN CLOSE UP. COMES COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL STORZ MOUNTING HARDWARE AND THE RECEIPT FOR THE REBUILD. I BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE THAT RIDES ON THE TRACK OR AGGRESSIVELY ON THE STREET WILL BENEFIT FROM A DAMPER.
