Just wondering... what i am looking fro, I am really not getting with this pipe.. I have a D&D full system, sterling coaitng, inside and out.. for 99-02 X1, S3. Will work on a M2 as well, just have to plug the O2 sensor port. I am wondering if someone perhaps has a Black Force Pipe for the X1-S3...really hate to strip this pipe, and paint it black.. Gonna try to accomplish this here... Chase |

I would have. But my force pipe rub a section into my carbon chin. So I need to keep the force to hide the rub mark. The force is fun for about the first 30 minutes of each ride or taking off. But then it's just too dang loud. |

Ryker...is that a Buell carbon chin? If so, I have one..my buddy used it for a little while, but otherwise has been hanging up in his garage, witht eh rest of my carbon(I have a Carbon Kevlar bike)... I dont mind the loudness...I am near stone deaf anyway...and I almost always use my MP3..and lately, on longer rides earplugs, due more to wind noise in my cheap lid than anything else... PM me if you wanna discuss this further.. Is it a black pipe? Chase EDIT, nevermind, I am an idiot...I looked, I see a black pipe...AND, I will be heading thruogh GA on my way to TX..IF you wanna talk more..we can discuss... it's actually a chrome pipe. Previous owner painted it black. Looked cheap so I wrapped it in heat wraps then painted the wrap with the correct DEI paint. Let me read up on D&D the loudness level. With my 110-120hp setup the bike is way too loud. |
