Just to close the loop here. It's Beson - Tom Beson. It was mis-spelled on Rich Conrath's website as "Becin" Beson doesn't let the pipes go on non-race bikes. Doesn't mean if you get a race license, you can't buy one and put it on your streetbike. I'd seriously consider the Micron Serpent. I have seen Chaconas' pipe on his bike in the pits at willow and that thing looks really well built and has the extra slip-joints to help keep it from breaking (I've broken/re-welded mine only once) - AND you can get it for the same price as the Beson. You might try calling or emailing Tom Beson just to ask. He's findable by googling.
