Nope, that's the upgraded belt which fits the 03' pulleys.(just installed one on my XB9)

As tank_bueller noted, this is the updated belt that the 03 xb should have unless you have already changed your pulleys.

this is a steal considering this belt is brand new and even with a dealer discount it would still cost 40+ more from the dealer.
