Court, Per his auction it appears he's just an owner who bought some clearance items and is now clearancing them on his own. It appears he's in the clear on this one. Hopefully that's an accurate statement.  | ||

Mikej is correct. I bought 3 new XB12 bikes from a dealer at a price bordering on criminal. :-) I am currently enjoying an XB12R, and offering an identical Firebolt as well as an XB12Scg for immediate resale in new condition. I am not a dealer and had to register the bikes, insure them, pay sales tax, etc. just to resell them. I offered them here on BadWeb for $8500 before going to E-Bay, but there was no interest. I guess everyone here already has a Buell, huh? | ||
