Vehicle Description This is a ONE OF A KIND true custom bike. I have trophys for 1st place in Mid Atlantic International Motorcycle Show 2004 and 2nd place 2005. This is a running and fully rideable bike. I road raced in WERA Clubman Class (big singles) for years and in 1989 won a national championship. When I saw the Buell single I had to have one and make it a one of a kind. This bike is NOT for a beginner. It produces 65+ horsepower at 7000 rpm has been dynotuned. The engine only has 553 miles since the transformation. I have over 12k invested in this bike but in 2006 I was told I have failing Kidneys and do not ride any more. Bike has been sitting since late 2005. I am selling at a real real good price but am not giving it away. So please be real with the bids The only item that is differant from the photo is the air cleaner to ride on the street a K&N Cone is used everything else is as shown. There is not one thing on this bike that has not been gone over and only the best was used. Below is a list of custom items that was taken from the show documents we used. SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. If you have any question please contact me I have a 05 Honda cr85rb listed also and may have a HD 03 Sportster Aniv Edition I am still thinking on that one only 2100 miles on it Yea I am a bike nut. Good luck and this is a real custom not just parts put together. · Cylinder Millennium Technology aluminum 515 CC · Piston Millennium Technology 11:1 Compression ratio · Piston Rings Total Seal chrome molly · Cylinder head Nailing Racing Phase 3 Treatment · Camshafts Buell XB9R · Push Rods Crane Cams adjustable · Lifter’s Jims Hydrosolid · Ignition System Screaming Eagle solid state adjustable · Carburetor Chrome Makuni HSR 42 Dynotuned · Exhaust System Vance and Hines SS2R with High Performance Coatings Alumicoat process to head pipe · Oil Lines, Fuel Lines and Breather Lines Spectra Stainless Steel Braided · Oil Cooler Jagg Products · Rear Suspension Works Performance Ultra Sport Fully Adjustable with Remote Reservoir · Front Suspension Works Performance Dual Rate Adjustable Springs · Fork Brace Crossroads Performance · Handle Bars Crossroads Performance There is also a special Thanks to the following companies for their contributions and expertise that made this project possible. Nothing about the engine mods says 65+ horsepower. It must have amazing headwork and tuning. And the front looks like a stock Dunlop. Yes, I'm skeptical! Nice, but not my cup of tea. |

Erik, Bubba was fun to meet, he puts on a great show. I've missed every opportunity that has come my way to meet Erik Buell, and would like to do that one day. Who knows, maybe he'll be around if I make it to the Buell factory on my summer journey |

I would start by putting your front signal spacers on the inside of the headlamp bracket to bring them in a bit. It's a tight fit, you'll need some small needle nose pliers, but it looks a lot better imo. Handlebars and mirrors is what I did next. I put on clubmans with bar end mirrors. More than the look, which is much better, I really like the new riding position that they put me in. What do you plan to mod? So many options..... |

"whats the cheapest way to make it faster? " Exhaust change and carb rejet (dont get suckered into buying a $100 rejet kit-jets are $3 each-you'll need 2). |

Haven't posted in a while, been really busy with work and school. But here I am, just finished with a few things on the banana Buell. 1. She ain't yellow any more! 2. Couldn't stand that little windscreen anymore so there you go! 3. Finally took off the intake and put on my velocity stack. Hope you like her!! Before

Super CJ Instead of putting the front signal spacers on the inside, go to the dealer and get two rear signals then put your fronts on ebay and enjoy the $20.00 over what you paid for the new ones that some goof will pay you for them. |

did you make those rearsets yourself? |

Sure did! I read every old post here about making them. I put together a parts list and started planning. I took a couple months to think it thru. Glad I did because the project was easy, but I had a good plan before I started. Came up with a step by step project list. Made cardboard templates, then cut the plates out of aluminum. Then just bolted it all together. It's been cold and rainy, not much chance to test them yet. |
