The Big Kid brought home a new SV650, with only 289 miles on it that someone had dropped. When I got back from VBS, he had already taken off with it, so you will just have to imagine it parked where the above Honda was next to the yellow Blast! |

I got a black bungee net made by Bell for @ $5 from Walmart and the elastic on that is holding up very well. It is just big enough that you could use it to hold a large full face helmet to the back seat. Comes in handy for everything that size and smaller. |

A little bit of dazzle! Neon impregnated rims on the Kawasaki! I think it is a reflection from the flash. |

Notice the snowblower behind the Ninja? Ezblast, notice the top half of the Blast shipping container? Notice the rotten garage door? Notice the molding on the floor that was taken out of the Hickabilly hauler when the Big Kid and the Sandman went to pickup a bike in Grand Rapids. |

Thanks for all the comments. I had a friend that works at a body shop basically just cut the middle out of the undertail section and piece the rear of it to the front of it. The frame of the tail section had to be shortened as well. Hopefully this makes sense. And yes...the pro series sounds great, I like being able to be heard. Here is a closer up of the tail section and the cut off rear pegs.

That is super clean. I think that the missing belt guard really helps out those lines. I had thought about eliminating the guard myself but wasn't sure about it. I suppose it is mainly for a passenger protection and you obviously don't have a worry about that. Could you post a detailed pic of the underside? Did you do the seat work, or did your friend help you out with that as well? If I decide to keep the thumper (or negotiations with the wife don't go well for upgrading to a twin) I would like to start some frame mods. I could really envision a cafe tail and fairing fitting well with your mods Tkblast. |

Indy - you have a lot of fun ahead of you! Tkblast - one of the baddest Blastards I've acquaintance with is Justine C - Jussibunny - she rebuilt her whole motor herself - using the 515 kit Andrew N9 cam, stage 3 head, Jardine and a stack - she boogied on it - replacing isolators about 5 times due to wheelies - she finally wrecked that puppy - parted it out,and started playing with other bikes - Cafe's - a very cool chick. Check out the oxidation on the Pro-Series exhaust. Do you think a ceramic coating on it would be worth the $125, or should I invest in a new one? |

Yes - because there are no new ones. EZ |

Black ceramic would be obvious - but - IMO, the silver contrasts very nicely on the blue Blasts, so the silver ceramic might look really good! but maybe I'm biased...

I'm definetely going to go black. I did have a thought though, that maybe I would get the wheels white with some blue striping or something. If I do that, maybe I should get the exhaust silver or white? I don't know, I think white would probably look pretty fugly though. |

a couple of pictures I need to post, the Big Kid went Super Motard Racing today! Of course it was a shop bike, all the shop guys were Jonesen to take the Blast out there.
The look of determination
There was also a Rally Car race
An then they ran these little cars, as you can see from the photo the driver was the heaviest thing in the car
While in the pits I stopped by the Yamaha trailer and saw this guy and had to take a picture of him, he might be someone famous because the track officials were consulting with him about conditions and the such, but from a distance I thought he looked like Ezblast
