Styxnpicks: Awesome flyscreen mod! I love the look with the dual headlights. One of the best mods of the factory screen that I've seen. |

my blast has ball's
i have since moved them up a little since they were so close to the tire. i plan on building a side mount plate bracket so i can hang them just under the tail light and really let them shine. haha
cut up the rear tail section and remover the hugger fender to open it up a bit.
also cut a lil off the air scoop thinger to get to the fuel switch a lil easier. and removed the front fender, but im not sure im gonna leave it off...lol |

The first puddle you hit will make you want to put the fender back on. |

Arrival at the Koyote Ranch, outside the mercantile & biergarten.
Scenic overlook on RR-336.
A few old Harleys, Indians, Ducatis, a Whizzer, and heavy emphasis on Vincent, BSA, Norton and Triumph - this place is thumper heaven! |

Yup, I too have bicycle mirrors. Third Eye bar ends, they have great visibility and minimal vibration as well. Oh, they also look really good. |

Check out the wheels on this 'bolt I rode with today...
(translucid blue w/ sunfire yellow) An unexpected stop - the Kaw on the right with the dirty tire & mirror did a little off-roading.
(newbie; low speed, target fixation, soft dirt/grass) The braces in the "dash" area of the fairing are steel tube and the mirrors fold back, so damage in that area was limited to scratches - a Firebolt would have had a broken fairing frame and mirror... but being more flickable, a Firebolt might have helped the guy stay on the road! The Kaw's right side body fairing was trashed, but bike was still rideable and the guy wasn't hurt. |

Added: Raptor headlight fairing, dragbar(clubman), colored hand grips and no name bar end mirrors (cyclegear) future is another set of handlebars. I like these but I cant lock my bike and the little bike lock is scary. |

Djeroc: Very nice...I really like the looks of that fairing. Were there any tricks of mods needed to fit that fairing to the blast? |

Djeroc: I agree heavily with Maximum, that looks GREAT! Overall, I actually really like the look of your bike...there is something aboot it that I just can't put my finger on... Now throw on some rearsets, maybe paint a piece or two, and you'll be set with a fantastic little Buell! One last thing, I USUALLY don't condone this, BUT the stock turn signals on the front actually...look...good...somehow...LoL |

I think if he used a rear set of signals up front, it would look even better. EZ |

i got that fairing from flyncycle.com for a mere 20 bucks!!! i forgot to order the special mounts for it so i had to improvise the mounting on them. I had to unscrew the bolts at the top of the forks and get longer bolts and it ended up fitting perfectly. ill post some more pic to show what i mean in a bit also im not a big fan of the rearsets i rode it 150 miles last weekend and the only thing i came back with is a terrible farmers tan (on a black guy) an a bad case of saddle burn. next projects gonna be some shocks and a seat thanx for the thumbs up tho im really proud that this project is shaping up nicely and other folks are liking what i did |

That is a nice fairing, well proportioned for the bike. Is it 2 full headlights or 1 low beam and 1 high beam. |

Really the question is whats it set up for out of the box? 2 H4's? 1 low beam, 1 high? 2 H3's? Single filament bulbs? H7's? etc. |

I really like that one! I was looking at that one they have and the dash fairing but it says the dash is smaller then the raptor and that one even looks a bit tiny... so idk how long did it take them to ship it to you? |

LOL - they are the same except the dash has the shorter fly screen and the built in signals. EZ |
