I had these on my own bike a few yrs back. All that keeps them secure is a little set screw. The first ride down the road, one flew off, so I had to turn around and retrieve it. Then I made sure they were tightened down and I ended up losing both of them (without my knowledge) on the second or third ride down the road. So I would definately use the best lock-tite you can to ensure the screw hold them on. It is only an allen wrench type screw. Just my two cents. |

buell part number 43630-01y and i will make sure i use my lock tite to keep them one.... maybe even drill a lil dimple for the set screw to catch... |

Where did you stumble across these? I cannot locate them anyone on the web. I was able to locate that there is also a Pegasus front axle cover set 43686-01Y. If anyone knows where to source these from it would be greatly appreciated. totolandman |

Found them at www.surdyke.com both 43686-01Y (Axle nut covers -front Pegasus) and 43630-01Y (Axle nut covers -rear Pegasus). |

hmmm just me thinking,, where do they catalog these addon parts... is there a speacial parts catalog for blast addons.. like the low seat,, what other mysteriouse parts were made for the blast stock |
