Hello, So I recently bought a 2000 Blast that had a broken front left turn signal. All the other signals worked and the rear left signal would flash faster. I tried to replace the left front signal with an after market signals and had everything working fine (rear left signal was back to normal blinking). Then like a bonehead I crammed the new signal into the flexible stalk which I think may have crossed the wires (I had just taped the connectors of the new signal to the leads I pulled of the old signal fixture to see if itd work). So then all the signals and the horn stop working. I disconnected the new signal, checked the fuses and found the "system" fuse had blown so I replaced it. The horn works again now but none of the signals do. Any ideas? Would it be a problem with the flasher or something in the trun signal switch? Thanks! |
