It's pretty easy, first check the battery voltage, it should be 12-12.7volts DC.
Next start the bike and rev it to about 2k, the voltage at the battery should be 13.5-14 volts DC.
If you don't get anything over 12vdc with the engine running you will need to find where the leads from the stator plug into the regulator. On the tubers it is just above the oil pump and is a round connector with 2 pins. Unplug it, change the meter to AC volts, start the bike again and see if it runs around 27 volts AC @ 2,000 rpm. If not your stator is dead, if it does then your regulator is dead.
There are more detailed tests but that is the simplest and fastest.
If your bike isn't starting due to a weak battery, go ahead and charge it for awhile.

Ont the Blast the connector is on the right rear of the bike next to the Voltage Regulator. It is zip-ited together.

I took the bike back together to replace the hub but now that ti is back together it will not go int gear i thought the clutch wasant adjusted right so i took it apart but i cant find anything wrong. It will make a grinding noise and act like it went into gear but it dosen't go any ware.

Wow, sorry to hear that! Everything is real simple on these things so start back to the beginning. The primary chain is turning? What I am asking is, the left engine shaft isn't stripped?
Is the clutch hub turning? Is the clutch nut tight? Did you get all the clutch plates put in correctly? They go in in a special order(you will have to look it up and verify) Did the clutch spring or retaining spring break again? How does the disengagement ramp in the primary cover look, they have broken out before on other bikes due to improper adjustment.

Preliminary clutch adjustment.(Make sure that is correct before yo pull in the clutch)
Make the primary chain adjustment.
Readjust the clutch.
