Guess I'll stick with third eye then - little to no vibration with those - even at freeway speeds. GT - JBOTDS! EZ |

The exhaust is quite a contrast to the rest of the bike! Yes, yes it is. I am not sure what I am going to do about that. It seems like such a shame to cover that nice nickel finish with flat black, but the exhaust seems so out of place. Any suggestions as to what i ought to do? |

It looks good. Matches your brake rotor. If you really don't like it though, take some 300 grit sandpaper and give it a nice patina. Hopefully you'll end up with a brushed aluminum look to it.... (Message edited by naustin on May 20, 2005) |

Worry about it when it gets dirty and old. Right now, it gives people something to talk about!! Which exhaust is that anyway? |

Haven't been here in a while so I thought I'd post a pic of the ultimate Blast S/T. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y220/TheRealJohnnyLunchBox/DSC02153.jpg EDIT: P.S. that is the wife on the Blast, not me. (Message edited by JohnnyLunchbox on May 25, 2005) |

I had the stock (black) windshield installed on my new Blast. Looks pretty good and a lot less rocks and bugs in my face. (Message edited by p3blastgirl on May 29, 2005) |

Looks great Naustin! I had the same thought about painting the frame/footrests black - but now my decals match the frame, oh well! |

My work in progress: I'm waiting for my birthday to get a discount on the exhaust...unless someone would like to make a generous donation |

Has anyone attempted to attach the Firebolt fairing to their blast? If so, how much and how difficult?

wow. That actually looks pretty fierce...reminds me of like a lizard...or an R1, whatever. If you figure out how to do it, we could throw the firebolt tail and the upper fairing on there....it'd be...what? A FireBlast? BlastBolt? |

Nice Tail. We need an alternative belt guard that doesn't look like it came off the bike from TRON, but still sheilds your passanger's leg from the belt. |
